"New List Item Fadime worked on Socialheads through Experience Haus, contributing to the UX research and design stage using the Double Diamond approach. She took time to really understand the problem space, conducting thoughtful user interviews and proposing meaningful features that shaped our product direction.What stood out most was her combination of empathy and technical skill. She is efficient, organised, and driven, but also deeply human in her approach. Fadime quickly grasped the nuances of our sector, especially the challenges faced by frontline workers and the young people they support, and translated that understanding into clear, practical design solutions.Her interface designs were simple and intuitive, yet full of insight. She managed to balance the needs of young users with the realities of practitioners’ workloads, exploring creative ideas to ease caseload pressures and support workers’ wellbeing.
